We offer a return/exchange period of 30 days. The product has to be returned in the original package, unused and unworn. Please put a note inside of the package with your full contact information and order number. Note that you are returning an item and please let us know why in order for us to learn from your return. The money will be transferred within 14 working days from the moment the good reach the Happeak store. If you want exchange it, please let us know what would you like to change – size, colour, model or something else. Bear in mind that in the case of returns, Happeak will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
HOW TO RETURN THE PARCEL VIA OMNIVA FOR FREE?
- You can return the items free of charge by filling in the return form. The form will be found FOR LATVIA: here FOR ESTONIA: here
- Pack the items in the same package you have received, or any other package works fine as long as the items are protected.
- After filling in the return form, you should receive a return code.
- Bring the package to the nearest self-service Omniva parcel terminal to you, enter the provided code and place the package inside the terminal.
- Please make sure the package is no smaller than 2x9x14 cm and no bigger than 38x64x39 cm. The maximum weight of the package is 30 kg.
Parcel notification by SMS message or e-mail usually also includes a return code. With this code you can return the parcel to the self-service parcel terminal.

When your return is received and approved, the refund will be made to your same bank account from which you made a payment. We will refund the full price you paid for an item, deducting the shipping costs.
If you have been sent a faulty product please contact our customer service as soon as you discover the fault. Customer service will then help you with your claim. We will change a product to a new one or will return the money to you as soon as a faulty product will reach us and is approved.
