We offer a return/exchange period of 30 days. The product has to be returned in the original package, unused and unworn. Please put a note inside of the package with your full contact information and order number. Note that you are returning an item and please let us know why in order for us to learn from your return. If you want exchange it, please let us know what would you like to change – size, colour, model or something else. Bear in mind that in the case of returns, Happeak will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
HOW TO RETURN THE PARCEL VIA OMNIVA WITH A RETURN CODE FOR FREE?
- Parcel notification by SMS message or e-mail usually also includes a return code. With this code you can return the parcel to the self-service parcel terminal. You can return the parcel to the self-service parcel terminal only if parcel was received in the parcel terminal of OMNIVA.
- The returned parcel must have the prior parcel label. If you are returning your parcel via the self-service parcel terminal, then a new parcel label will be issued. Attach it to the parcel.

When your return is received and approved, the refund will be made to your same bank account from which you made a payment. We will refund the full price you paid for an item, deducting the shipping costs.
If you have been sent a faulty product please contact our customer service as soon as you discover the fault. Customer service will then help you with your claim. We will change a product to a new one or will return the money to you as soon as a faulty product will reach us and is approved.
