Returns and Exchanges via OMNIVA Parcel Lockers

If the item does not fit or you simply do not like it, you can return or exchange it within 30 calendar days. The item must be unused and undamaged. When returning an item, please include your order number and let us know the reason for the return or the item you would like in exchange. Returns via OMNIVA parcel lockers are free of charge.

How to return via OMNIVA for free:

1. Fill out the return form:
   • Lithuania: here
   • Latvia: here
   • Estonia: here
2. Pack the item(s) and place the shipment in an OMNIVA parcel locker using the code provided by SMS and email.
3. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned items are received at Happeak.

OMNIVA parcel requirements:

• Maximum weight: 30 kg
• Minimum dimensions: 2 × 9 × 14 cm
• Maximum dimensions: 38 × 64 × 39 cm

Additional Return Options

• Return or exchange items at our physical stores in Lithuania.
• Send items via another method convenient for you (shipping costs in this case are not covered by Happeak).

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order even if it has not yet been prepared. In this case, please contact us at info@happeak.eu, orders@happeak.eu or call +370 610 06222. If payment has already been made, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and suggest the best way to resolve it.

Refunds

We commit to processing refunds within 14 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the account used for the original payment, or to a bank account you specify if a different payment method was used.
